At DreamCase d.o.o. ("DreamCase"), we're passionate about turning your vehicle into a private sanctuary for road trip adventures. We provide our services through www.dreamcase.shop and any other sites we own (the "Site"), our platform, mobile apps, and related features (collectively, the "Service") These Terms of Sale ("Terms") outline how we handle orders, shipping, and your experience with our deployable beds and accessories. How Do These Terms Work for You?

By browsing the Site, placing an order, or using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Sale. This applies whether you shop as an individual or on behalf of a company. If for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Some features, like specific product fits or promotions, may have additional terms ("Product-Specific Terms"). If they conflict with these Terms, the Product-Specific Terms take precedence for that feature.

When you use our Service or send us emails, texts, or other messages from your device, you're communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us the same way, including order updates, support replies, or promotional offers.

We may send confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages via email or in-app. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notices.

Orders are placed through our secure Shopify checkout. Add items to your cart, enter shipping and billing details, and select your payment method. We accept payments in EUR (with taxes included where applicable) and USD (taxes not applied). Additional currencies may be added excluding local taxes, see info at checkout when using your local currency. Payments are processed securely by Shopify. Supported methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never store full card details. Shopify handles that for your safety. A confirmation email with order details follows successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

We ship with FedEx or DHL for reliable delivery. Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email from FedEx with tracking info and estimated delivery date. Delivery typically takes 5-10 days, depending on stock availability, production, and color options. DreamCase is a custom handmade product, so delays may occur, we appreciate your patience as we craft your escape. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We can't ship to post offices or hotels, and aren't liable for errors in the info you provide. As a buyer, you handle any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your country directly with the courier. We include VAT for EU orders; for non-EU, taxes are excluded, check this at the checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the product to the carrier. We aren't liable for delays or losses due to third-party issues. We reserve the right to cancel orders for stock shortages, pricing errors, or fraud suspicion.

We want you to love your DreamCase. Returns are straightforward for unused items in original packaging within 14 days from delivery. Contact us at info@dreamcase.shop for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and we'll guide you through. Returns without RMA may not qualify for credit, and we won't ship back. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition received, with receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping (non-refundable). Use a trackable service or insurance. We don't guarantee receipt without it, and you assume risk of loss in transit. Once received and inspected, we'll email approval or rejection. Approved refunds go to your original method, minus initial shipping (unless our fault).

For faulty or defective items, we cover full refund plus return shipping after inspection.

We stand behind our products with a 3-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. It covers defects in materials and workmanship for DreamCase items designed and manufactured to our specifications. During the warranty period, your exclusive remedy is limited to our option: Repair, replace, or refund the product after inspection confirms it's non-conforming. For minor issues we send replacement parts free of charge. Contact us at info@dreamcase.shop and we'll guide you. This warranty doesn't apply to products from unauthorized resellers, misuse contrary to instructions, or damage from abuse, accidents, modifications, or causes beyond our control. Warranty Procedures

If a product fails under warranty, notify us during the period. We'll inspect and, at our option, repair or replace with new/reconditioned parts, or refund the purchase price (excluding shipping) upon return per our policy. Repaired/replaced products are warranted for 30 days or the remaining original period (whichever longer). We may use affiliates or authorized centers for fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse if purchase date can't be proven, claim is outside period, or excluded. For out-of-warranty, we'll quote repair costs you pay for non-warranted fixes and return shipping, or we return as-is at your expense.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamCase is not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data, business interruption, injury, privacy loss) arising from use or inability to use the product. Please note: In jurisdictions where warranty is handled by local distributors, contact them for details as this policy may not apply.

We design DreamCase products with care and stand behind their quality. However, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as follows: The DreamCase Services and all information, content, materials (including software), and other services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DreamCase's entire liability for any claims arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility. This applies whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you. We both agree these limits are fair given the nature of our services.

DreamCase owns all rights, title, and interest in the intellectual property related to our Services. This includes trademarks, copyrights, designs, content, and software. You agree to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access or use of the Software and documentation by third parties. You may not (and must prevent others from) copying, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering the Software, or attempting to do so. You are prohibited from removing, covering, or altering any patent, copyright, or trademark notices on our materials. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. Your License DreamCase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow:

  • Resale or commercial use of the Services or their contents.
  • Collection or use of product listings, descriptions, or prices for third-party benefit.
  • Downloading or copying account information for others.
  • Data mining, robots, or similar extraction tools.

You may not frame our content or use meta tags or hidden text with DreamCase names or trademarks without written consent. All other rights remain with DreamCase or our licensors.

These Terms of Sale and any related policies or agreements for our Services are governed by the laws of Slovenia, with disputes resolved in the competent court in Ljubljana.
