We usually process and ship within 2–7 business days after your order is confirmed. Handmade items may occasionally take a bit longer (up to 10 days in rare cases). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it leaves our workshop.

We ship your DreamCase directly from our workshop in Slovenia to your door worldwide. We aim to process and ship orders within 2–7 business days after confirmation. Because each DreamCase is handmade, slight variations can happen. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

We ship with trusted express carriers: FedEx, DHL, or UPS depending on your location for the fastest and most reliable service.
Delivery times after shipping:
- Europe: 2–3 business days
- USA / Canada: 4–5 business days
- Rest of the world: 4–7 business days
Exact times depend on customs and final destination. We’ll send you tracking by email once the order is shipped so you can follow your package. It requires signature upon delivery and is not dropped off at your porch unattended.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by you. We do not offer free shipping at the moment (large boxes = high cost), but we always look for the best rates.
Yes, worldwide! You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your country. We can’t predict or cover these. All orders within EU have all duties included upon purchase. All orders outside EU are subject to local VAT. In most cases, the final price is similar for all.

All shipments are insured. Contact us with photos and your tracking number if the package arrives damaged. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
