Return Policy

We want you to love your DreamCase. Returns are accepted within14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds issued after inspection, minus original shipping. Defective items handled under warranty.

How does our return policy work?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. This gives you time to try it while keeping things fair for everyone.

Contact us at info@dreamcase.shop with your order number. We'll send return instructions and an RMA number. All returns need approval first.

The buyer cover the return shipping cost. Our boxes are large and shipping is expensive in the US/EU. This helps us keep prices lower for everyone.

Unused, in original packaging, with all parts included. We inspect every return. Items showing signs of use (setup, dirt, wear) may be partially refunded or rejected.

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 5–10 business days), we'll process a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Contact us right away with photos. We'll cover return shipping for verified defects and send a replacement or full refund under our warranty. No restocking fee for manufacturing issues.

Custom orders, sale/final-sale items, and opened accessories are generally non-returnable. Reach out if unsure.

Yes! Exchanges are welcome (subject to stock). This is often the fastest way to get the right fit.
