All orders need: Product details, quantities, prices, and delivery instructions. These are final once accepted. If you change or cancel, you may cover our incurred costs (e.g., restocking). For past-due payments, you handle collection costs, including fees.

Payment due before acceptance (unless agreed otherwise). Prices in EUR (VAT included for EU; excluded elsewhere—your responsibility for local taxes/duties).Additional charges like export/import fees, insurance, customs, or property taxes are on you. Provide exemption certificates if applicable, or pay all required fees.

Delivery times start from our order confirmation. Typically 5-10 days, but may vary based on stock, production, or color options—DreamCase is handmade, so delays can happen.We make reasonable efforts to meet dates, but aren't liable for delays. Contact us for updates—we'll keep you informed.

We use trusted carriers like FedEx & DHL. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when we hand to the carrier (unless agreed otherwise). The customer cover shipping costs. As importer, ensure compliance with your country's laws, packages may be inspected, and we can't guarantee tamper-free arrival. Provide accurate addresses, we aren't responsible for errors, and don't ship to post offices or hotels.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend orders if you default on obligations, cease operations, enter bankruptcy/insolvency (not dismissed in 30 days), or fail to secure financing on agreed terms.
